Chief Estimator / Project Manager - Demolition Division Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator with extensive experience in the demolition of commercial, residential and public works projects throughout the Northern California region.

The ideal individual would have previous experience leading a Demolition and Recycling Division for a growing organization. Overseeing all operational duties from managing the estimating and project management staff, bid process, interacting with clients and fostering relationships, to ensuring profitability and compliance / manpower requirements on all projects company wide.

The Senior Project Manager / Estimator would have the direct responsibility of keeping senior management informed on divisional operations and profitability, as well as, ensuring corporate growth and division wide team development.

Position requires 5+ years experience leadership experience working in the demolition industry. Degree in Construction Management preferred.
