Default Looking for demolition costs

Hello. I am wondering if anyone can give me a ballpark unit price for:
- building demolition of a one-story building gas station (UOM = $/m2)
- canopy and footings removal (UOM = /2,4,8 post canopy)
- removal of concrete aprons, sidewals, over tank slabs, under tank slabs (UOF = $/m2 removed)

Thanks.

I don't have your unit costs, but FWIW the demolition of 2 gas stations were recently bid here in town. One went for $43,000 and the other $40,000. The scope was to demolish the building and canopies and remove all slabs and foundations. On one site the concrete and masonry could be left onsite. There was no remediation.

I am looking for this information for some research. It isn't for a specific job.

Thanks.

Sorry Domnyo , I just looked at my post. Its kind of rude for me to ask where the job is. I was asking where it was , not to bid on it but to help determine the costs. I was just thinking that it would surely be more money if it were in Manhattan versus northern Maine. Good luck. Doug

No, problem! And you are right, location would be a determining factor in the price. Thanks for the input.
