Mohawk Carpet Mills - Amstredam NY

Anybody here looking at this job?

I heard there was about 6 or so demo contractors that showed up for the walk Tuesday. Also heard this is going to be a tough job with a creek running underneath one of the buildings and that there are some "bunkers" that date back to the 1700's filled with some hazardous materials.

Yes, Amsterdam is a nice job! We were lucky to have someone at the walk thru!
