Post R. Baker & Son Project Story Makes Building Design & Construction Website

A pharmaceutical rigging and installation project completed by R. Baker & Son All Industrial Services was featured on the website of Building Design & Construction. The story discussed how R. Baker & Son All Industrial Services, an expert dismantlement, demolition, millwright and re-installation services contractor, contributed to a global pharmaceutical company winning the Facility of the Year Award 2008 in the category of Equipment Innovation.

When a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company wanted to expand its New Jersey facility, they awarded R. Baker and Son All Industrial Services (R. Baker & Son) the interior demolition and equipment salvage contractor work on the project. The goal of this phase of the project was to perform a total interior gut-out while leaving the structural members in place. This required an immense amount of preparation, coordination and attention to safety.
