    THE HARPER CORPORATION-GENERAL CONTRACTORS & CLEAR SITE INDUSTRIAL ANNOUNCES THE START OF DEMOLITION OF A MAJOR BLOCK OF DOWNTOWN GREENVILLE, SC.

    GREENVILLE, SC – The Harper Corporation has been hired as General Contractor to oversee the demolition at Main St. and Washington St. in Downtown Greenville, SC. This demolition project will make way for future downtown development. The Harper team has worked to coordinate with the City of Greenville and surrounding organizations to minimize the impact of the project on the Downtown Community.

    Harper Corporation has enlisted the expertise of Clear Site Industrial to perform the hands on demolition and disposal of the structures. This team, with a strong focus on sustainable construction/demolition, will strive to divert 90%+ of the demolished material from landfills.

    how many buildings are you going to be knocking down? are they pretty old buildings? any salvage going or is it all trash? any pictures? good luck with the job man

    3 Main Buildings. 2 are early 1900's and we will salvage all the brick and wood that we can. 1 was built in the 80's, so not much there. Of course all the concrete and steel will be recycled as well. I will add some more pictures soon, but the best way to view the project is by going to Clear Site Industrial, LLC. to view the webcam. You can control the webcam directly from your computer. To see directions how to do this, click on the "?" in the upper right hand corner of the video frame.
