The Drake - NYC
The 21-floor, 495 rooms, Drake Swissotel at Park and 56th, built in 1926 and last renovated in 1991, was sold for $440 million to developer and Martha Stewart neighbor Harry Macklowe. According to sources The Macklowe Organization will demolish the building down and build a 70 story luxury condo building in its place.
Looks like this would be a nice project, if you can get it.
