Man Dies Day after fall at Manhattan High School
A 71-year-old man dies of injuries suffered when he fell from a ladder while working at Manhattan High School's East Campus in Kansas.
Authorities say Max Bishop was conducting an asbestos inspection when he fell while looking at an airflow unit at the school Monday. He was hospitalized in critical condition and died Tuesday.
Officials said Bishop was not a district employee but had worked as a consultant for many years.
