Who is imploding the 27 story building in downtown NO?

I have talk to several with several people and no one seems to know about this one. Do you know when it's taking place?

They are in the process of gutting it. and are exposing all the columns. It's a big building somewhere around +/- 300,000 SF.

Nuke, what building is it? I know there are plans for demolition of City hall and the New Orleans Shopping Center tied to the refurb of the Hyatt, with the city government to move to the Dominion Tower when it its redone. Of course all of this hinges on the finances being in line.

I talked with a Contractor that budgeted a 27-story in NO, but this "ghost building" isn't on the wire yet. It was a hospital. Is this a hospital or should we keep guessing until we get it right?

I don't know the name of the building. It's on Poydras. I have to go back next week and maybe I can get the name.
