Yes they are vBulletin. They were supposed to be doing a overhaul of the site. I talked with the new "marketing" folks about it, but that was like 6 months ago, they have a banner saying it's new, but......

So are we okay here, with the layout of the forums?

I'm curious, no one has really brought it up here before.

I just got back from my last business trip and thought I would post some more screenshots:

I am still hoping for a February 1st launch, but it all depends on vBulletin. They are working on over 200 bugs for the next release, which is due in the next week or two, and I might just wait til then before doing a full launch.

Contractors licensing page:

Inside the Industry Download pages, they will all be like this broken down by the year:

I found out today that vBulletin's next version will not be out until February 4th. So after we test it out and make sure everything is working on our end, we should be able to go live.

The version that they are releasing will fix over 200 bugs in the current software. So hopefully you'll understand why we are waiting for the relaunch.

Little bit of an update, the software developers are still working on some fixes, they are delaying the next release for an undetermined amount of time, some are say a 7 to 10 days, But just don't know for sure.

I'm just hoping before March 1st. I really want to get the new site going. But when we are customizing the new site and if I continue adding things and there is some major changes we will be delayed even further.

Okay they finally released 4.0.2 which fixed lots of bugs. I am going to working with the new site this weekend and see how that goes. If all goes well, we might be looking at a March 1st release. (keeps fingers crossed)

Been working hard on the new site. Everything is coming along nicely. Due to plans this weekend, it might be later next week, on Monday the 8th.

Again, we want to make sure everything is working. This is gonna be a huge change for everyone, including me. We're still looking forward to it and I think you guys are going to be happy with it.

The next couple of days you might wake up to the new site, we are working out some last minute kinks and working on some back-end stuff. When we do shut down it will be later in the night, as not to interrupt the forum too much.

We are going to be working on some screencast for some of the areas, as a couple things have changed where they are located.

We look forward to hearing your feedback.
