Before you were allowed to use the private message system regardless of how many posts you have made or not made.

But due to the recent rash of spammers sending out numerous private messages and leaving. We have decided that you must have a least 5 posts before being able to use the private message system.

This has been put in place to protect you from PM spamming and us form the number of complaints that we have received from these PMs being sent out.
