We used a Marcrist Floor Shaver. I think we got 120 sf per hour. Each pass was 1/8 " You can dial it up deeper.We had contaminated concrete so we only did 1/8" at a time.

I think off the top of my head our cost was in the $1.4 to $1.45 /SF
