I am primarily a general contractor and land developer. Migrated to this forum after recently purchasing that new bobcat crusher attachment.

Anyway....I don't find many of my subs offering discounts, although my concrete contractor has started to offer an 8% discount if paid within 10 days or less. I think he gets a pretty hefty discount if he pays his material bill early so he has some incentive to get us to pay him quickly.
