It's amazing how the bottom has fallen out of the costs of demolishing stadiums.

Memorial Stadium in Baltimore was one of the first stadiums to go in the latest wave of demolition. It seated 65,000 and the demolition contract was for $9,840,000.

Riverfront Stadium or Cinergy Field was an almost carbon copy of Memorial and according to the Enquirer the demolition went for $9,400,000.

Three Rivers had a capacity 59,000 and went for $5.2 million

The Orange Bowl is bigger than all 3 (capacity 74,712) and goes for $2.3 million
