The Rossiya Hotel in Moscow is set for demolition. This is one of the biggest hotels I have ever seen outside of Las Vegas. The big difference is that the elevators work in Vegas.
This hotel was originally scheduled to be imploded but unfortunately a contractor imploded a 20+ story hotel about 5 blocks away and "forgot" to notify any of the neighbors before they did it. Needless to say, a bunch of people were "madder than wet hens" about it and they are trying to put the kibosh on this one.
