On road diesel is $3.39-3.50 per gallon depending on the station. Which brings the question why there is an $.11 difference in fuel prices in the same city!

Most of the fuel burned on my operation is off-road. What I have been considering is backing the fuel costs out of the O/O cost of the machine(s) for the job and adding fuel as "cost-plus". I don't know how this would fly - an thoughts?
