WEAR, Green House Demolition, Western Arctic Parklands, Kotzebue, Alaska: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to perform demolition and removal of an approximately 32'6" by 48'10" two story building and provide a 34'6" x 50'10" x 1' gravel cap, on Tract A, Block 11, Lot 3, Kotzebue, Alaska, owned by the Western Arctic National Park and Preserve (WEAR). There are 2 separate project elements to accomplish under this contract: demolition of the building and capping of the area previously occupied by the structure with gravel fill.
