Now first off, I completely agree. No amount of reading can and will replace what you learn out on a actual working jobsite. We all know that what is written in books is not everyday situations and most things won't apply to everything.

We made this list when we asked some members what their must read technical books were. This wasn't made for those who are looking to get into the start in the industry and go out the next day and implement what is in these books. This was a list that we put together for those books that are sitting on your shelf. We all have them.

It's just like if I were to ask you what book is a must read for everyone.
