It was for everyone. We have 2 secretaries and one would have Monday off and the other would have Friday off so there was somebody always there to answer the phone.
The crews still had to work a couple of weekends. That is unavoidable in this business but they got an equal amount of comp time so it all works out.
On the estimating/engineering front don't have a problem with anybody working from home either. Because at the end of the day the bid is due when the bid is due. The internet has changed things.
