This project has been snakebit from Day 1. There were originally 7 towers plus the power staion. 5 of the towers were demolished but these 2 were deemed too close to the M1 Motorway. So everything was gone from the site and these structures have stood there for years while the wrangling went on. Then some artist came along and convinced an MP that he could turn them into artwork. Then all of a sudden the transportation people changed their minds. Now this happens.

I guess I shouldn't be too suprised. The last cooling towers Eon had imploded a rabbit chewed through the det cord and the shot was delayed for hours
