When you attempt to pull a column that has over 2,000,000 lbs of weight on it, a Hyundai 450 just can't get the job done. There were 12 columns that were to be pulled. When you can't pull 1...the machine does not have the "horsepower". In comparison, a 2X8 stick of dynamite has 76,000,000 hp. It proved more horsepower when the building came down after being shot!
