Years ago i worked for a company that was family owned. They had father, brothers, uncles,cousins, son in laws nephews......... Talk about putting the "fun" in Dysfunctional. I have never spent so much time digging holes just to fill them in again, just to re dig them. Somebody was always getting fired but it only lasted until they had spent their most recent paycheck then they showed up again. They also had unlimited vacation and sick leave.

It was a laugh when it came time to purchase new company vehicles. They all had to get a new one at the same time, There was hell to pay if somebody got a CD player and the others didn't.
