I am putting together a bid package for a project I am looking at for a small private airport. They have some damaged panels that they would like to replace. The owners want to look a couple of different options and he saw hydro-demolition being performed on TV on a bridge rehab project and wants to find out the good and the bad. I have only seen these machines on TV and video before, but never in a “real” life situation. Has anyone had any experience with hydro-demolition? What are some of the pitfalls? Any information would be helpful.
