There is nothing more potentially toxic in a business than hiring family members. I guess that is why they have the "3 Generation" rule.

The First Generation works their butts off to make the business a success.

The Second Generation enjoys the sucess. They buy all the big houses and nice cars etc.

The Third Generation runs the business into the ground.
