I just think a lot of contractors are busy. This job had a lot of risk involved so why take the chance when there is plenty of work out there?

We had a beautiful project here that was recently bid. It was a 9 story precast parking garage with nothing around it on all four sides and there were only 2 bidders and they were both from out of town.
